  • Plan Installation. We setup the designed plan with the requisite demographic, benefit and rate structures.
  • Plan Enrollment. Count on the Benefit Dynamics’ team to take the frustration out of all the forms surrounding plan enrollment with our hands-on services.
  • Plan and Claims Administration. We simplify plan management through our proactive administration of plan information, enrollment, forms, claims processing, disclosures and participant’s questions. Claims are promptly filed within 1 to 2 business days of receipt.
  • Employee Communications/Education. Our customer service center ensures participants have smooth claims processing and reliable resolution of their questions or issues. Our ongoing, personalized employee communications include participant reminders, balance statements, important filing deadlines and enrollment renewal notices.
  • Invoice Reconciliation. We reduce your administrative overhead by performing the secure and accurate reconciliation of invoices acting as a liaison with vendors and carriers to track and ensure payments. We also detect discrepancies, potentially saving employers thousands of dollars in inaccurate invoice processing.
  • Reporting and Eligibility Tracking. We perform regulatory testing, IRS filings, quarterly status reporting, non-discrimination testing and forfeiture reporting. We manage eligibility and enrollment information along with employee and employer contributions.
  • Compliance Assurance. Our services include comprehensive compliance support, testing and reporting to ensure that your 401(k) plan successfully passes the annual, mandated compliance testing.
  • Plan Fees. Our annual administration fees are all-inclusive—meaning no hidden surprises and lower costs to you. Our fees include unlimited phone support for your employees and HR staff.
